My zucchini bread did not bake correctly. This is a tried and true recipe till this time
When I tried to flip it out of pan it wouldn’t budge, I put a knife around the edges and was shocked when I saw top of the bread, the consistency was shiny, and a baked jelly, sticky texture.
I put it in sheet pan and bake it longer but it didn’t bake any more, I am an avid baker and this has never happened to me before.
I used my convection oven. I am so puzzled as to why it didn’t back correctly.
Thoughts?
