The Food Lab: Gluten Free Baking & More

In this class, we’ll experiment with the different gluten free (GF) ingredients available on the market and make some delicious GF foods! We’ll examine the food science, flavor and functionality of a variety of GF grains, pluses (bean flours), nut flours and more. Plus, we’ll discover which GF flours and blends are best for which applications, and why.
